Projects in Germany – Mietshäuser Syndikat

166 syndicate projects (portfolio)

The house projects in the syndicate group have already taken all the decisive steps, i.e. the establishment of a house GmbH with syndicate participation and the purchase of a house and / or property. The range of projects is wide: They differ in age, residents, location, objectives, size and type of building – some are still in the middle of the renovation and construction phase, others can already support new initiatives.

20 syndicate initiatives (under construction)

Project initiatives have already taken some steps towards the house project, but not yet all of them: People have founded a house association, this is a member of the syndicate (MHS), and in most cases the group has a specific house that they want to purchase. In addition, the syndicate assembly passed the resolution to found a company with the respective project initiative as soon as the purchase of the property of choice becomes possible.

The following table shows all currently existing projects ( : P) and initiatives( : I) , that are still under construction – in Germany. It can be sorted according to any criteria or conveniently filtered using the search field. 🙂
